Yooka and Laylee return in a hybrid platformer adventure

Yooka-Laylee and the Impossible Lair is an all-new platform adventure from the talented minds behind Donkey Kong Country. Capital B is up to something sinister again, so a couple of friends will have to take up the case again and save everyone. The heroes must stop Capital B from carrying out a terrifying plan: to use the Hive Mind device to enslave the kingdom of bees. To do this, they will have to penetrate the villain´s "incredible" lair. The task is not easy, but with the help of Queen Phoebee and her royal bee, Yooka and Laylee can cope with it!

At each level you will admire incredible graphics, worked out to the smallest detail. Yooka, Laylee and a host of colorful characters (good and bad) are rendered in stunning 2.5D

The world is not just a scenery in which you need to jump from level to level; This is a place that will give you an incredible experience! Explore and unlock new 2D levels by achieving objectives and solving puzzles, rescuing bees from the royal beehouse and finding items.

Think you´ve completely mastered the level? Now go to its alternative version! Switch levers in the world to create new landscapes. Connect the electricity, submerge the levels in water, freeze them or turn them upside down for a new challenge!

Now you have access to tonics again that will make the game even more interesting! Yooka-Laylee and the Impossible Lair has over 60 tonics that change different elements of the game. Endless rolls, super strong enemies, super speed and much more, including new environmental effects and graphics!

Enter into an incredible lair!
Players can fall into Capital B´s incredible lair at any time, but without the help of the Royal Beetle, the challenge may be too difficult to cope with. Free the bees as you progress through the levels and they´ll help you defend yourself and escape Capital B´s damned traps!
